Job Summary:
As a Mobile Laser Technician at Z-Beam, you will be at the forefront of our operations, delivering high-quality laser cleaning services to our diverse client base across California. You will operate state-of-the-art laser cleaning equipment, ensuring precise and effective cleaning while adhering to strict safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of laser technology, materials science, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain portable laser cleaning systems, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Travel to client sites throughout California, managing logistics and ensuring timely service delivery.
Perform laser cleaning on a variety of surfaces, including metal, stone, wood, and composite materials.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to ensure quality and meet client specifications.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning parameters, materials used, and project progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the laser cleaning process and answering any questions.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain company vehicles and equipment in excellent working condition.
Qualifications:

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout California.

Develop detailed cost estimates, including labor, equipment, materials, and travel expenses.

Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to company revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
